Geographic Coverage:
The MLS Area Map is how HAR has carved up the city. Scott’s Houston Housing Wire will cover single family homes in areas 8, 9 (inside the loop), 16, 17, 20, 22, 23, 24, 31 and 36. Townhouses/condos, highrises, lots and rentals are not covered. Houston is a very large city necessitating some coverage limits. That is not to say that other areas or housing types will not be added in the future. They will, just not yet. Click Coverage Area to see a map.
